Coca-Cola Europacific Partners needed a single, cutting-edge solution across all its facilities

The business wanted a single, cutting-edge solution across all their facilities to standardize the system and the approach through which site teams were reviewing performance and driving effective actions to improve plant productivity.

The systems varied from manual to fully automated data capture.
